Our client who is based in Weston-super-Mare are looking for two people to join their team in mid August for a 2 month fixed term contract.

Customer Operations Executive

Job Purpose

To handle customer enquiries effectively via multiple channels, updating relevant information and systems working towards and achieving agreed business targets to create a seamless and customer centric experience

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Plan and prioritise operational activities in line with Key performance indicators, ensuring you connect with the customer, understand their needs, match the features and benefits to enable a positive outcome creating customer loyalty

2. Monitor performance against KPI’s and seek support, advice and guidance from your line manager and colleagues within the business to ensure you can be the best you can be

3. Communicate with existing and potential customers through multiple channels, utilising our operations model to represent the brand positively and supporting the customer lifecycle

4. Accurate maintenance of the operational databases and customer files

5. Analysing Documents and information

6. Production of standard and non-standard correspondence

7. Continually develop yourself to be the best you can be via internal and external blended learning to maintain and increase your knowledge, skills and behaviours which can be applied in the work place

8. Adhere to quality processes to ensure a right first-time process for our internal or external customers

9. Maintain effective relationships with colleagues and the public

10. Attend meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, procedures, systems, Operational strategy and ensure best practice is shared

11.Help create and maintain a culture of World Class Operations, by feeding back customer comments, sharing ideas from other companies that you have observed or experienced and supporting new product launches and external award entries

12. To assist when needed in other parts of the Business and carry out any reasonable tasks as directed by line manager or above

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch.
