A wonderful and exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a dynamic and well established manufacturing organisation as an Account Manager.

This Account Manager will report to the Commercial Director and purpose of this role is to maximise sales by building relationships and customer confidence.

Key Duties:

Account Management & Customer Relations:

·         Build and develop strong partnerships and relationships on designated account by liaising with customers and buyers

·         Maintain accurate customer records

·         Identify and respond to customers’ needs

·         Maximise customer contact

Sales Monitoring & Stock Control:

·         Create budgets, monitor and control designated accounts

·         Monitor & forecast sales accounts

Pricing & Negotiating:

·         Manage costing as requires and pricing of new products

·         Submit quotations, action amendments and negotiate prices to secure agreement

New Business Development:

·         Identify new business opportunities within existing customer base and potential customers

 

Key Requirements:

·         Excellent communication & organisation skills

·         Strong account and negotiation knowledge

·         Ability to work independently as well as in a team

·         Good analytical skills

 

On offer is a competitive salary, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm, 25days holiday plus bank holidays, free on-site parking and use of the staff canteen.
