Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional who wants to work within an organisation where Training is truly valued?

Our client is looking to recruit a Learning & Development Advisor to join them on a 5-month FTC. Under the leadership of the Learning & Development you will be supporting with the design and deliver of a market leading Learning & Development programme which focuses on improving technical ability and customer service.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
·         Deliver Learning & Development programmes across all areas of the business
·         Deliver the Learning & Development plan, aligning to the organisational business plan and the company strategy
·         Work with individuals to create specific development plans, ensuring they are regularly reviewed
·         Designing training materials and aids, ensuring sign-off by the L&D Manager
·         Deliver classroom-based training events and other learning interventions

You will have a proven background in delivering training in-house with a specific focus on Customer Service as well as possessing the ability to adapt your approach to support individuals with varying learning styles. Ideally you will have relevant Learning & Development qualification, however more essential is the practical experience within a similar role.
