Our client who is based in Weston-super-Mare are looking for a Operations & Supply Chain Administrator to cover a six month contract period starting in June 2019.

Working within a team of 8 you will be intrinsic in ensuring the coordination of deliveries and services between key customers and suppliers.  This is a vital role that requires excellent organisation skills and customer service.

Key Duties:
·        Acting as the primary point of contact for all customers and service providers
·        Ensuring all orders are administered onto the in-house system and deliveries are carried out as agreed
·        Producing reports for management on various KPI’s relating to delivery of services
·        Resolving any customer and supplier queries relating to orders, resolving quickly in a fast paced environment
·        Producing reports for finance to enable them to carry out relevant invoicing

·        Attention to detail & accuracy
·        A good team player
