This established family owned and operated business, based in Highbridge, is currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their growing team. The position covers a variety of Administrative and customer facing duties within the Department, with an emphasis on customer care.

Duties to include;

·         Supporting sales executives from an administrative capacity

·         Assisting customers with their new purchase by completing sales orders and paperwork for the final handover

·         Booking products into stock and registering them, which requires invoicing

·         Taking payments to include the signing and preparation of financial documentation

·         Coordinating with other departments to ensure both an efficient and professional service is provided

·         Taking queries from customers via the phone and email, as well as face-to-face

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a high level of confidentiality and the ability to organise and prioritise workload with both the paper and computer based systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient with business software such as Microsoft Office – particularly Word and Excel.

This role is paying between £19,000 and £22,000 depending on experience. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in an established, growing and friendly organisation. Hours are Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 6pm with either half hour or an hour for lunch.  There is an opportunity to earn more if you only take half an hour.
