Our client who is based in Highbridge have an opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

As the Purchase Ledger Administrator, you will provide support to the Finance Manager in maintaining a clean purchase ledger with all accounts reconciled and debit balances resolved.

Key responsibilities

·         Purchase ledger processing and obtaining authorization of invoices not yet approved.
·         Closing purchase orders and returns as appropriate and monitoring outstanding ones.
·         3-way matching.
·         Raising of payment runs, sending remittances to suppliers.
·         Monitor emails, and reply to suppliers demands, making sure that all email attachments are printed as hard copy for processing (alphabetically, by date, coded, authorised etc.)
·         Scan/ Import documents through Spindle facility (filing).
·         Archiving all paperwork after auditors are done
