Sales Administrator

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work for a well-known business based in Clevedon on a permanent and full time basis.

The ideal candidate will be flexible and works well under pressure.  You will have some administration experience and have good attention to detail.  Experience using MS office products is essential for this role.

Key Duties:

• Processing all sales and purchases onto the system
• Entering all information accurately onto the in house system in a timely manner
• Being the first point of contact for the customer for all sales queries
• Ensuring the sales agents are made aware of any updates and changes to an order
• Registering all new products and processing onto the system
• Tracking the product manufactured from start to finish
• Ensuring an accurate record is kept up to date with all customer contact
• Assisting customers via the telephone and email communication with any enquiries
• Assisting the finance team with the reconciliation of sales and purchase costs
• Preparing quotes

In return a salary of £20,000 - £23,000 per annum is offered depending on experience, full time hours of Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm with an hour of lunch.
