We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing business in Clevedon, to assist the Service department as a Service Coordinator on a temporary basis.

Our client offers an excellent working atmosphere and the successful candidate will be working in a small but friendly team. You will enjoy;

• Working hours of 8:45am to 4:45pm with an hour for lunch

Key responsibilities;

• Generate interest with customers on the phone, by email and via post
• Quote, follow up and win service contract proposals for new and existing equipment
• Arrange service visits with clients and external colleagues
• Issue service visit reports and quote for additional works that are required
• Keep the database up to date with up to date notes and journals
• Use the database as your primary tool for selling service contracts
• Seek out and react to opportunity to win new business, by being proactive and using your initiative
• Ensure all paperwork is up to date for service contracts, including account information and insurances
• Issue pro-forma invoices when required
• Prioritise service works and call-outs, according to SLA’s and agreed response times
• Issue external colleagues with historic reports to aid them in their up and coming visits

In addition to the above duties, you will be supporting clients by phone, email and letter surrounding work being carried out, providing ETA’s etc. You will be chasing the progress and lead times of work being carried out in order to satisfy customer enquiries.

Our client is offering 10ph for this full time temporary position for 3 - 6months.
