My very well established client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

Main Duties:

Provide a friendly, responsive and reliable point of contact for all clients, by email and phone

Monitor progress of projects and take necessary actions in line with defined procedures

Answer technical questions from clients and implement actions according to procedures

Print, bind and despatch reports

Prioritise own workload to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met

Maintain good relationships and communications with consultants

Provide administrative support to Business Development Director and one other

Participate in meetings arranged as appropriate

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. After a period of initial training the successful candidate will be able to work from home so this is a fantastic opportunity for a disciplined individual who would like the benefit of working in their home environment.
