E-Commerce Website Administrator

My client, a successful manufacturer in Swindon, is looking for a Website Administrator to join their growing business.

The main focus of this role is to create and update website content involving products and promotions.

Key Duties:
  • Liaise with agencies to build sales via the website
  • Update product information and content
  • Create banners, promotions and images for display on the website
  • Manage the website configuration and parameters
  • Investigate ad report and issues which may arise
  • Plan and implement website changes and functional improvements
  • Produce reports to analyse the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (via reports, analytics, surveys etc)

 

Key Requirements

  • Experience in working in the Magento Admin Panel and managing e-commerce processes for B2B companies
  • Understanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic to websites (ppc, email marketing, link generation, online pr, SEO, offline marketing and pr, affiliate programmes, etc)
  • Basic experience using packages like Excel and Photoshop/Adobe
  • Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies
  • Familiar with data management
  • Previous experience of website or e-commerce CMS
  • Basic understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics would be desirable
  • Creative with good attention to detail and self-motivated
  • Proactive, task driven with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
 
In return my client is offering a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience and working hours of Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5pm.
