This established construction related business, based in Avonmouth, is currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on full time basis for a 6 month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales administration background, as well as experience in working in a busy and demanding environment.


Key responsibilities for this role will include:


•         Taking sales orders over the phone and via email and processing onto the system

•         Ensuring all orders are fulfilled in full and that delivery dates are achieved

•         Handling and associated queries from customers or field sales reps

•         Preparation of all transport documentation, ensuring all required documentation is available and completed in accordance with required timescales

•         Looking after the hire desk, allocating hire and demo vehicles as required

•         Providing administrative support to the sales team and directors



This is a busy role that requires good attention to detail and would suit a self-motivated and resourceful individual. 


This position is offering full time hours, 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday, 23 days holiday and onsite parking.
