A wonderful and exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a well established firm of Chartered Certified Accountants.

The successful applicant will be an experienced and accurate audio typist, who has both a good telephone manner and is happy to deal with members of the Public.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Ensuring accurate Audio and/or Copy typing is carried out promptly within agreed deadlines
  • Providing a high standard of Secretarial and Administrative support
  • Responding promptly and politely to all telephone enquiries 
  • Diary management
  • Arranging meetings and taking and distributing minutes
  • Dealing with e-mails
  • Typing and filling documents as required
  • Documentation trace-ability and accuracy
  • Welcoming and greeting Clients in a friendly and professional manner
Excellent Audio Typing skills is a must as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of filing systems and the ability to work as a team are essential.  Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure with a methodical approach to work would be a high advantage.
