My client, a successful manufacturer based in Weston Super Mare, are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

This Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with clients, collating and processing information and ensuring deliveries are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner.

Key Duties:
  • Liaising with departments to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Processing orders, adjustments and cancellations in a timely manner
  • Keeping the customer updated throughout all stages of the process
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Providing reception cover during lunchtimes and breaks

Key Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Confident computer user
  • Able to priorities a work load
  • Be a good team player with the ability to self-motivate
  • Have excellent communication skills on all platforms

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who has previously worked within a fast paced customer service environment, able to achieve deadlines and works efficiently under pressure.

In return, my client is offering a salary of £20,000 - £25,000, Monday to Friday with full time hours.
