HR Administrator

My client, an established construction related business, based in Bedminster, is currently looking for a HR Assistant to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Duties:
  • Processing incoming emails and letters
  • Updating and enter data onto the computer system
  • Maintaining employee’s data ensuring all information is recorded correctly
  • Setting up appointments and arranging meetings
  • Preparing new employee documents including organizing inductions and processing new start documents
  • Being the first point of contact of all new starters
  • Maintaining records, grievances, performance and appraisals
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Supporting the group HR Manager as required
  • Ad hoc admin duties when requested

This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in HR as the successful candidate with have some administration experience, excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and able to priorities their own work load in a confidential and professional environment.

In return my client is offering a Salary of £18,000 – £19,000 depending on experience, 40 hours a week Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm with a 30 minute lunch period, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (Christmas deductible), life assurance and onsite parking.
