Customer Services Team Leader

My client, a successful business based in Portishead, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader to join their successful manufacturing business.

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of three, supporting all aspects to ensure an outstanding customer service is provided.

Key Duties:

  • Managing a team of 3 by leading, developing and motivating
  • Responsible for all HR issues within the team including recruitment, development, communication and discipline ensuring all actions taken are in accordance with Company procedures.
  • Responsible for implementing new procedures and developing the Customer Service team ensuring they are followed
  • Attend internal and external meetings
  • First point of contact for escalations for the team
  • Problem solving and resolving complaints
  • Support the team with sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Manage performance and monitor KPI’s
  • Produce monthly reports

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and confident computer user
  • Excellent communication skills on all platforms
  • Ability to prioritise a work load whilst being flexible with change
  • Maintain positive working relationships with Customers, internal and external staff
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Educated to A GCSE level or equivalent work experience

In return my client is offering a competitive salary depending on experience, Monday to Friday with a rotating shift pattern between 7.30am and 5.30pm, 25days holiday plus bank holidays and free onsite parking.
