HR Coordinator –
The Role
This role will be varied and fast-paced, requiring someone who enjoys working across multiple HR functions. You will play a key part in supporting both employees and managers, ensuring that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the business, acting as a trusted point of contact for HR related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles to coordinating interviews and offers.
• Overseeing the onboarding and induction process, ensuring new employees have a seamless experience.
• Acting as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing first-line support and guidance for employees at all levels and regions.
• Maintaining and updating HR systems to ensure accurate employee records and compliance.
• Supporting performance management processes, including probation reviews and appraisals.
• Assisting in HR projects related to engagement, well-being, and learning & development.
• Ensuring all HR policies and procedures are followed and remain up to date.
• Supporting general HR administration and office-related tasks as needed

You will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and be confident handling a variety of HR tasks & recruitment.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR role, ideally within a generalist capacity.
• Experience in recruitment, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• A basic understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organisation.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A solutions-focused approach with a can-do attitude.
• Experience using HR systems is highly desirable.
