Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and type documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries efficiently.
Office Management: Maintain office organization, manage supplies, and ensure a smooth workflow for the directors.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on additional duties as needed to support the administrative functions of the team.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in a senior administration role or similar capacity.
Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex functions.
Typing Skills: Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
