Overview:
My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team based in Guildford. This role involves overseeing the recruitment processes across multiple sites in Worthing and Brighton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Manager:

Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent across the Guildford, Worthing, and Brighton locations.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for a variety of roles across different departments.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing feedback.
Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the company’s employer brand within the local communities and on various recruitment platforms.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
Experience in managing recruitment for multiple sites or locations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel regularly between Guildford, Worthing, and Brighton.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Skills and Attributes:

Strategic thinking with the ability to innovate and improve recruitment processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
A proactive approach to identifying and attracting top talent.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Familiarity with the local job markets in Guildford, Worthing, and Brighton is a plus.
