About the role
This role has responsibility for the effective implementation and management of retail IT projects, ensuring they are completed on-time and to budget whilst always providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring all projects are completed on-time, to budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Directing, coordinating and monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary.
• Updating and maintaining project tickets on CRM system.
• Managing, developing and safeguarding all supplier and client relationships within your remit.
• Supporting Senior Project Managers as required, including ordering and tracking equipment, monitoring due dates of project team deliverables, scheduling resources, setting up and processing invoicing and retrieving acceptance.

About you
We are looking for an individual that has experience in a project administration position that is looking to take the next step in their career.
You should have an in-depth understanding of the project life cycle. We give our staff the flexibility and autonomy to make their role their own, so you will be a self-starter and enjoy planning your own time. However, we have a collaborative culture, so you must also be a team player with the ability to communicate and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. We are constantly growing and evolving, so you must be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You may be required to attend sites so should be willing to travel when required, and due to the nature of retail work you should be willing to occasionally work outside of business hours.
A PRINCE2 or PMI qualification is desirable but not essential.
