About the role
This role has responsibility for supporting the Project Managers with the effective
implementation and management of retail IT projects, ensuring they are completed on[1]time and to budget whilst always providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the Project Managers on all assigned projects, including ordering and tracking equipment, monitoring due dates of project team deliverables, scheduling resources, setting up and processing invoicing and retrieving acceptance.
• Assisting the Project Managers with ensuring the project scope is well documented and managed effectively throughout the delivery cycle of the project.
• Updating and maintaining project tickets on CRM system.
• Working effectively and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About you
We are looking for an individual that is ready to begin their project management career.
Work experience within project management is not required, but this role would suit someone that enjoys scheduling, organising, and working to tight deadlines.
You must enjoy working in a team and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. All project activities are recorded on our CRM system, so you must have strong IT skills and be able to pick up new tasks quickly.
We are constantly growing and evolving, so you must be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
