Attributes:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a UC integrator as an installation Engineer
• Keen desire to learn and embrace delivery of turnkey global service and managed service
provision of technology
• Ability and interest in delivering Collaboration, AV and digital workplace technologies
• Able to work self-sufficiently and manage self-set tasks and objectives
• Ability to work alone and within team environment
• Ability to challenge convention and think ‘out of the box’

Skills and Experience:
• Videoconferencing Installation & Commissioning experience with Cisco, Polycom & MTR
systems
• Audio: Audio DSP installation (BIAMP/Soundstructure/QSC), DANTE and other audio
network protocols
• Visual: Installation and commissioning experience of corporate Audio Visual
deployments
• Full clean driving licence
• ECS/CSCS Card
• PASMA would be beneficial
• Physically able to perform installations
• Ability to work away from home in the UK & Europe
• Current passport
• Clean driving licence and own vehicle
o Car allowance provided
Goals and Objectives:
• The Field Engineer’s areas of responsibility are broken down into (but not limited to) the
following areas.
o Pre-Project
▪ Engineering site surveys to include time and sundries
▪ Attend pre-installation meetings and workshops
o Project
▪ Onsite installations 1st/2nd & 3
rd Fix
▪ On and offsite rack builds
▪ Provide user familiarisation training to customers
o Post Project
▪ Update project documentation
o Break/Fix
▪ Customer maintenance and service visits
