Events & Production Manager
Surrey | Permanent, full-time| £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
Events & Production Manager
You will be developing, coordinating and delivering the best in class high profile
events within a managed service environment. Responsible for taking ownership
of each event from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities for Events & Production Manager
Collaborate with technical teams, planning within an auditorium environment and virtual
events to including conferences, webinars, broadcasts and webcasts
Work closely with the AV Supervisor to ensure events are sufficiently resourced, including
sub-contracting where applicable
Serve as a main point of contact and subject matter expert to clients and planners, for
presentations and live broadcast events
Live event support, successful execution of pre-planned design support and
implementation exceeding the customers’ expectations
In-show management of technical support team, providing clear communication channels
across all teams
Conduct client debrief, obtaining customer feedback and discuss areas for continual
improvement
Collate and provide post event reporting, stats, and client feedback on a weekly and
monthly basis
Provide quantitative and qualitative reporting for service delivery metrics
Driving client meetings, subcontractor management, communicating across different teams
and external vendors
Desirable skills
Proven track record of delivering best in class events
Managed events experience within a corporate environment
Excellent organisational skills
Exceptional communication skills at all levels
Experience in stage management
Experience in show calling
Understanding of the skills required of the technical support staff

Salary: Dependant on experience
Reporting to: Global Resource & Development Manager
Department: Facilities Management (FM)
Hours: 9-hour day on a rotational shift pattern between 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday
