We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual based around the area of London to
complement our Professional Services team.
Reporting to the Head of Professional Services, you must be
capable of delivering all existing and future course content and materials for our clients. You will interact
with our clients on-site, on-line and over the phone so you must have excellent communication skills, are
positive and energetic. Flexibility is an essential requirement for this position as it requires being away
from home on a regular basis, supporting a wide geographical client base.
Some weekend travel may be
required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver high quality training to our customers using our agreed structures and methodologies
- both face-to-face and online to meet and exceed our customers’ needs and requirements

Create and deliver training plans, including online and eLearning plans as part of overall
project delivery

● Proactively review own product knowledge and competencies to assist in identifying areas

for improvement & work with the Training Manager to improve your skills to ensure we
deliver a high standard of training
● Development of training course material as required, including online and eLearning material
● Ensuring the learning environment and resources support learner needs
● Assist in the training of  employees as and when required
● Provide Helpdesk support to Customer base as and when required
Assist Sales as a product expert and in identifying opportunities for additional revenue
generation

● Provide product expertise to Product Development, QA and Support teams
Work closely with the wider Professional Services team and other business functions for
successful project delivery

Working with the Training Manager, to understand and contribute as required to the
Professional Services ratio within the Jonas business model

Contribute as required by the Professional Services Manager, to relevant weekly/monthly
reports on the activities of the Training Team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
● Previous experience in a software consultant role
● Experience in the software solutions market
● Advanced administration skills, in particular using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
● Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
● Excellent training and presentation skills
Experience designing and delivering IT skills training to a wide range of users, including
creative input in training development

● Quick to pick up and apply new functional, product and / or technical knowledge and skills
● Travel will be required and therefore applicants must be prepared to stay away from home.
● A sound knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office365.

structured and unambiguous way

Excellent written & verbal communication skills, both for training delivery and working with
customers, partners and colleagues

● Passionate about delivery and the user experience
The ability to adapt teaching and learning techniques ‘on the fly’ to support varying skill levels
of delegate

An appreciation and empathy for non-technical customers in a fast paced, consumer-facing
environment

● High degree of creativity, initiative and self-motivation to work autonomously producing highly accurate work

Ability to maintain composure when under pressure or faced with difficult situations. Calm and confident nature

● Excellent administrative, planning and organizational skills
● Good team player and able to maintain strong, professional interdepartmental relationships
Results driven with the credibility to influence at all levels and the ability to think outside the
box to identify potential opportunities

Willingness to apply extra effort from time to time and occasionally work unsociable hours to
meet customer requirements

● Resourceful and keen to learn and share knowledge.
