This is a unique opportunity to work for a world leading organisation, that has a globally renowned reputation.  This role will offer the most picturesque working environment within an organisation that genuinely supports and nurtures their staff. Working as part of the Estates and Facilities Administration team reporting into the Office Manager, you will be providing full administrative support to the team. 

The Estates and Facilities Administration team deals with a high volume of activities, often against tight timescales, and consequently this role is busy, varied and requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task to ensure all transactional activity is processed accurately and efficiently. 

Duties include; 
* General administration
* Preparation of documents and reports, taking minutes of meetings, mandatory data and filing for the programme.
* Updating and maintaining various online operating systems, for the delivery of Operations communications and processes.
* Maintain information in the essential logs to ensure information is always current.

You will also develop skills in Finance administration, your responsibilities will include; 
* Raise and issue purchase orders for our suppliers
* Process purchase orders on behalf of Estates & Capital Development managers
* Monitor and track invoices to ensure they are processed according to the correct procedures

As a part of your Apprenticeship you will attend Kingston College for your off the job training.
