An opportunity to join a multi award winning  business consultancy and develop your Business and Administration, Social Media Apprenticeship skills.   With exposure to a range of business disciplines, they offer the opportunity to work with them providing professional services to their clients across multiple sectors. 

As part of your apprenticeship you will attend Kingston College on a weekly day release and be work based for the remainder of the week to develop your skills.  You will be fully supervised throughout your apprenticeship to manage the following tasks:-

* Provide PA support to the two business Directors, including (but not limited to) diary management, meeting preparation and development of team communications
* Social media assistant: providing critical support to the marketing consultants e.g. writing social media posts, resizing images, creating GIFs, researching relevant hashtags
* Website content management: responsible for uploading latest blog content, news items and any other relevant company updates to the Business Clan website.
* CRM database updates: responsible for updating the CRM system with new business contacts.
* Sales and business development: you will have the opportunity to develop confidence and skills in networking, through co-attendance at relevant events with the Directors and team members.

Provide admin support for such events, to include making bookings, coordinating hosted office events, developing any required materials (e.g. presentations, adverts, flyers), and managing the relevant social media activity for attended or hosted events.
* Exposure across all areas and functions of the business, including marketing, accountancy, web design, commercial, HR, strategy and IT. This will be gained through attendance at a range of key internal and external meetings, as well as occasional involvement and support in client projects, as determined by the needs of the business, your skills and your core areas of interest.
* Client facing opportunities: you will have direct exposure not only to the company's business processes and procedures, but also through observing how colleagues work directly to support their clients,  consisting mostly small to medium sized local businesses in start-up or growth phase.

* Excellent written and verbal English language skills
* Proficient and confident user of the following social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram
* Confident with a range of software and willing to learn new systems

* Strong work ethic – motivated to deliver and achieve
