Terminal 2 - Manchester Airport - Contract Manager Role - 10 Month Contract.
Managing Flooring Installation at Manchester Airport.

Project Manager for the Manchester Airport T2 our clients have secured.

The project will commence early October and run for approx. 40nr weeks.

Requirements as below:
  • SMSTS
  • Relevant CSCS card (White or Black) 
  • Experience managing large flooring projects of a similar nature would be ideal.
The candidate will be the main PM lead for the project working under the Regional Manager.
 
They will be tasked with the below:
  • Day to Day site tasks
  • Project documentation
  • Daily briefings
  • All TFL & Mace H&S requirements
  • Internal Co-ordination meetings
  • Co-ordinating and communicating with Mace managers
  • Managing all materials against programme
  • Managing all TFL operatives onsite
  • Managing Labourers
  • Managing assistant PM who will be working under the candidate
  • Experience running an NEC contract from an operational front – this is one of the most important aspects on the project.

The Role could very well be extended into a permanent role but is for an initial approximate 10 month period.
Salary is in region of £1250 per week.(£50k for the contract).
