Contract Manager - Commercial Flooring - Braintree

Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a rising force in the Commercial Flooring sector based in Essex but with Clients UK Wide in their search for an additional Contract / Project Manager to run Commercial Projects on their behalf.

The company has an every growing roster of Commercial Clients ranging through all types of Flooring including Ceramics and Terrazo works for a myriad of sectors including:

• Private Sector Construction Clients in Tier One.
• Public Sector Prisons, Educational and Healthcare
• Private Sector Nursing Homes, Schools and Business Premises.

They are turning over in relatively few years an impressive £5mil with confident expectations of growing that to £8mil within the near future and being part of a £30mil group of construction companies, making now a great time to jump aboard their plans for the future.

The role will involve managing Commercial Flooring Contracts both Regionally and across the wider UK, involving travel and staying away on occasions (fully expensed).

We are therefore seeking an Experienced Commercial Flooring Professional who can confidently:

• Take on multiple Projects concurrently.
• Ensure all are completed on time and to budget.
• A keen eye for detail and stringent standards of workmanship.
• Capable of Liaising with a broad range of Clients and Tradesmen.
• Well organised and professional.
• SMSTS Useful.
• CSCS (ideally managerial but not essential) Required.
• Happy to travel as required.

• Negotiable Salary in Range £50-60k to start.
