Sales & Marketing Admin - Flooring Manufacturer

Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a Kidderminster based Flooring Manufacturer and Distributor in their search for a Sales and Marketing Administrator to help run their new offices between Kidderminster and Stourport.
Our clients supply Carpet and Flooring products to Carpet and Flooring and Household Retailers and Contractors and have a great range of products. They have recently returned to Kidderminster and have new offices in a great location and are now growing their back office support team to enable their sales teams to maximise sales to clients new and old.

Skill Requirement:
- IT data input – Sage an advantage
- Excel and word at an intermediate level for use of look ups
- Creating Budgets
- Website updates, blogs and newsletters
- Confident communicator both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Flexible and pro-active approach to daily tasks
- Receive and make calls to customers and Riviera’s Sales Team
- Processing sales orders
- Customer Service handling of complaints, compiling and sending letters
- Maintaining stock records and stock control.
- Create and update budgets for marketing purposes
- Monitor website data and process updates
- Use of Mailchimp communication system for customer email updates
- Liaison with the Warehouse for orders to be cut, wrapped, and dispatched
- Invoicing customers and managing aged debt
- Organising samples for customers
- You will directly report to the Office Manager
- Normal office hours will be 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with one hour’s break for lunch.
- Holiday entitlement would be 25 days per annum plus statutory bank holidays.
- The Company operates an Auto Enrolment pension with The Peoples’ Pension with the initial offer being the standards EE: 5% and ER: 3% contribution.
- Negotiable dependant on skills and experience.
- Up to £18000 to 23,000 per annum negotiable.
