After Care Manager - New Build Flooring - Staffs

Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be working with a leading Specialist New Build Flooring Installation Contractor with Housebuilder clients UK wide in their search for several backoffice and field based staff to help manage their bulging order books, in this case we are seeking an experienced Flooring professional to liaise with customers (Contractors and the General public) post and pre installation within their Head Office Operations team.

The Role is a key one and involves managing several different elements:

• Managing the Customer base (Contractors, Housebuilder and Home Owners) post Installation.
• Managing a team of remedial Fitters and organising their workloads and travel routes etc, then following up to ensure any issues have been effectively resolved.
• Managing a Team of advisors.
• Liaising with company Directors and Stakeholders at Client level and communicating issues as they arise.
• Compiling monthly reports to assist within the above.

The Person we are seeking will have the following attributes:

• Strong knowledge and experience of Carpet and Flooring Installations.
• An eye for details and problem solving on installations with the ability to provide clear solutions on snagging and complaints.
• Empathy and clear communication skills.
• Organised, this will be a key element of this role.
• A can do attitude and an ability to work closely with both clients and internal teams as well as suppliers and contractors (Fitters) who will be carrying out the works as required.

The role as we see it would suit a Flooring Professional with Fitting / Estimating knowledge who has the knowledge, experience and people skills to fulfil a key role in the organisations post sales set up.

In return our clients are offering a starting salary of £35k and the opportunity for advancement.
