Sales Admin Role - New Build Flooring - Staffs

Kwikstaff are delighted to be assisting our clients, a well established Commercial Flooring Contractors who specialise in supplying the New Build Homes market with Carpeting and Flooring Installations in their search for an energetic and efficient Office / Sales Administrator to support their operations and to help keep things running smoothly.
We have a detailed job specification available on application for this role but at its core we are looking for someone who can help manage the Sales Administrative functions of the Business and allow the Directors and Project Managers to get on with what they do best, delivering Great Flooring to businesses across the UK.
The Role is Sales Administrative and Customer Focused with elements of Sales Support / PA as well as focus on the day to day core function of the business, Carpet and Flooring Installations.
Duties:

Up to date with Microsoft packages etc too.
Hours of Work and Salary
Hours of Work are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 17:00pm with an half hour for Lunch.
28 Days Holiday (includes Bank Holidays)
The Salary is Negotiable in the Region of £25000 to start.

- Offering Full Admin Support to the Sales Team and Directors is the main function of the role.
- New Business Support with Paperwork and Filing of Tenders and Quotes and related Documents.
- Ordering Materials as required for the works to be completed.
- Booking Site Visits for Surveys and Sales Meetings etc.
- General Office Support duties as required.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Filing and Post.
- Working closely with the Sales and Projects Teams.
