Carpet Roles UK are recruiting for a market leading Flooring business who has been recognised globally for their bespoke Flooring Products.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you'll be joining the team as a Digital Marketing Assistant with responsibility for managing Social Media, Email Marketing, Website Content, Writing Blogs, assisting with the output of Brochures and more. You'll be given the support, responsibility, and autonomy to thrive, giving you the opportunity to grow rapidly with the business.

THE DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT ROLE: 
  • As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you'll be responsible for Email Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, copywriting and website content management.
  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing to creating and planning the monthly Email Marketing & Social Media Calendar / Schedule.
  • Managing Social Media audiences, engaging with the audience and acting as influencer to build the audience.
  • Attending brainstorming meetings to bring new ideas for Social Media campaigns.
  • Writing content for email, social and blogs for the website and physical brochures and other marketing materials.
  • Updating and maintaining the website and ensuring tracking links are being used for Social Media and Email Campaigns.
  • Liaising with the external SEO & PPC Agency to ensure that objectives/deadlines are being achieved.
  • Producing and scheduling effective email campaigns and conducting post campaign analysis.
THE PERSON:
  • Educated to Degree Level, ideally within Marketing, however, open to other relevant degree's with Marketing Modules included.
  • Must have current/recent experience within a Marketing / Digital Marketing position.
  • Experience of Email Marketing and social media.
  • Good Copywriting / Content Writing skills, along with good spelling/ grammar is essential.
  • A confident communicator and an individual that is able to brief internal and external stakeholders.
  • An interest in Interiors (Flooring background would be perfect) or High Fashion / Photography etc would be applicable for this exciting opportunity.

LOCATION:

Our Clients are based in Kidderminster with two sites, one Centrally and one towards Stourport, the role will likely involve time at both so the ability to travel would be useful.
