Project Manager - Commercial Flooring
Swadlincote | Permanent, full-time| £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (Negotiable Salary + Benefits Package + Car)
Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, an East Mids based Commercial Flooring Contractors with a growing reputation for supplying Tier One and Pharma client bases with excellent installations throughout the region in their search for a Project Manager to help fulfil additional works they are winning.
Duties:
The Duties will be to deal with a variety of Projects at one time of varying value from the sign off of the estimate through the complete process of the Flooring works. This will involve procurement, Client Liaison, Management of contractors on site work, once work is complete assessing the Quality of the role and arranging for remedial work to be carried out if required and all preparation and signing off on the final account of the project.
Requirements for Successful Candidate:
Our clients are therefore seeking an experienced Contract Flooring Project Manager ideally though will also consider someone from a wider Construction Project Management role. You will be immediately capable of taking on workload up to and including the duties above with minimal supervision. You must be capable of all aspects of the role from the off. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Industry specific Quantification Software is desirable (though not essential). A Solid and accomplished track record in Contract Management is required. The location of the majority of the role is in and around the Midlands area and daily travel will be required, our clients would ideally like the candidate to come from within easy commuting area to their contracts in the Midlands. They require someone who is strong and independent and capable of managing staff as well as suppliers and Contractors. You will be enthusiastic and energetic as well as ambitious to advance your career as our clients business grows.
