Sales Estimator / Surveyor - Flooring Retailers

Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a leading Leicster based Carpet and Flooring Retailer with an excellent reputation, wonderful showrooms throughout Leicestershire and prestige range of products have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and reliable Sales Advisor / Estimator to join their team  in a full-time permanent role.

Experience with Carpet and Flooring products is preferable but isn't strictly necessary if you offer excellent customer service and team working skills.

As a Sales Advisor / Estimator for our clients, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide exceptional customer service in branch, to keep up our reputation for quality service
• Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs
• Working 8.30am-5.00pm, 5 days a week including Saturdays (Sundays and Bank Holidays we are closed).

Who we are looking for to join our team:

• Previous retail experience is required, if within the flooring industry then would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given to the right candidate
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, to translate customer requirements into product recommendations
• Approachable with an open and friendly personality - happy to help both customers and colleagues
• Enjoys working as part of a team, but can always be relied upon to work as an individual
• Keen to learn, develop and a can-do attitude
• Flexible and willing to cover additional hours due to holiday or absence when needed
