Newcastle | Permanent, full-time| £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (Basic + Bonus + Car + Medial + Pension)
Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a leading Manufacturer and Supplier of Flooring Products to multiple market sectors across the UK in their plans to build their Commercial and Retail Sales Presence in various locations including in this instance for a Commercial ASM covering the North East Region.

We have Sales Roles available in both Retail and Commercial Teams and full Specification on the Roles and Responsibilities are available on request, the core purpose of the Commercial roles being responsible for selling to and engaging with Regional Wholesalers, Main Contractors, Flooring Contractors, Estates Departments, Facility Management Operations and to Direct purchasing End Users. You will be dealing with both existing clients, building upon well established relationships and also seeking out new clients to introduce brand awareness and sales opportunities to in the future.
In a nutshell, you will effectively be managing the preferred route to market for Commercial product sales and gaining market share wishing the North East Region (postcodes available on application).
You will therefore be a Flooring professional (or someone from a closely related market) with energy and enthusiasm looking to work with a fabulous brand and product range:

- Excellent Sales and Presentation Skills.
- Well organised and Professional.
- Enthusiastic about Interiors and Flooring in particular.
- Hungry to build Sales with New and Existing client base.
- Accurate and diligent administrator.
- Excellent knowledge of the Region and its Flooring Market, able to identify the best locations for our clients products and to maximise their presence therein.
- You will have a full understanding of the sales processes and pipeline for commercial / contractor / end user Sales of ideally Flooring (or closely allied) Products.
- Basic Salary in the Range £40-45k
- Attractive Bonus Package in the region 25% of Basic for top performers.
