Project Manager - New Build Flooring
London | Permanent, full-time| £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (Negotiable Salary + Benefits Package)
Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a newcomer to the London New Build Flooring and Tiling Installations market with associated companies in Ireland in their hunt for a Specialist Flooring Contract Manager to assist with their ambitious growth plans and bulging order book.
They have made use of their many years experience in the London and wider UK Tiling and Flooring market and have won some significant clients already so are ready to grow their management team to keep the progress moving. They have offices in Central London (Kings Cross) which offers a great central location to work from though the role will obviously involve site visits too.
You will be responsible for all aspects of running several New Build sites across London (currently focussing on East London areas of Lewisham and Walthamstow) and in the near future up in the Home Counties area of Hertfordshire (St Albans).
The role will suit a Commercial / New Build Flooring Professional who is seeking an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a new business and who will confidently hit the ground running with the view to becoming a key member of the senior management team down the line.
Ideally you will have a track record in New Build Flooring Installs and will be confident of managing client relations as well as the delivery of great finished installations on time and budget every time.
