Installations Manager - Residential Flooring
Alton | Permanent, full-time| £30,000 per annum (Negotiable Salary + Benefits Package + Car / Van)
Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a leading Midlands based Commercial Flooring Contractor with Projects across the UK in their search for a specialist Residential (New Build) Installations manager to manage works on their behalf along the M4 / M3 corridor from London to the South Coast.
The role will suit a Flooring Professional with a great personality and a strong eye for detail and the very highest of standards of Installations.
You will be dealing with both Sub Contract and employed Fitters and teams of Fitters as well as liaising with Site Managers and third party contractors.
The role will involve control of Labour and Materials whilst on Site as well as being the eyes and ears of the Contract / Project Management team to ensure Jobs run smoothly and that any issues are reported and or solved as efficiently as possible.
The person we are seeking will therefore likely be an experienced New Build / Residential Flooring Installation Professional, perhaps looking for an opportunity to make use of their knowledge and experience in a less physically demanding manner than fitting and / or someone who is seeking to advance their career into a more managerial direction into the future.

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to get along with contractors, clients, colleagues and suppliers as required.
- A keen eye for detail and high standards.
- A leader who is confident that they can manage Sub Contract and employed Fitting staff.
- Confident with IT (Email etc) to be able to manage Jobs and Communicate as required.
- CSCS Site Card.
- Clean Driving License (some points allowed) so you can travel about the area.
