Contract Manager - Commercial Flooring

Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a Hertfordshire based Specialist Flooring Contractors in their search for a high calibre Flooring Professional to run Contracts on their behalf.

Our clients are a family run operation who have an excellent and very well regarded and established set up, servicing Projects across the South East and wider UK.

Their key areas of focus are:

• Sports and Leisure
• Health and Fitness
• Commercial
• Healthcare
• Education
• Residential

The Role will be that of Contract Manager and will be a comprehensive pre-contract to handover brief encompassing management of the whole project (and others simultaneously) including:

• Management of Labour and Materials.
• Client Liaison and Business Development.
• Overseeing a Quality delivery of Installation every time.
• Control of Costs.
• Troubleshooting.
• Health and Safety.

We are seeking a high calibre Flooring Professional for this role who can demonstrate a successful track record in delivering Large scale, high quality Flooring Installations. 

In return our clients are offering an excellent remuneration package in the region of £50-£60k Basic + an excellent Bonus scheme that can add another 50% to their base.
