The Role:
- The successful applicant will be responsible for maximizing profitable sales within an agreed geographical area (in this instance the London and wider South East Region) by selling direct to Retailers and Contractor customers.
- Proactively managing and growing sales from existing accounts and developing new business.
- Ensuring sales / margin targets are achieved.
- Also having a targeted approach to placement of our display stands, in order to achieve the maximum return possible.
- A Soft Flooring Sales Professional with a great track record of opening doors and managing client accounts.
- A strong working knowledge of the London and wider South Eastern Region Carpet and Flooring sector with a great network of clients that you can introduce our clients new rangers to.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
- A self starter who is driven by hitting Targets and maximising Sales and Personal earnings.
- Well organised.
- A Negotiable Basic Salary in the region of £35k per year to start.
- An attractive Bonus / Commission Scheme (1% of Sales) which is projected to earn around £10k extra for a successful candidate.
