Sales Specialist - Flooring Retailer

Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a leading Independent Retailer with a UK wide network of Carpet and Flooring Showrooms in their hunt for additional Sales Specialists to join their team.

We are seeking experienced Sales Professionals, ideally from a Carpet and Flooring or closely allied background to carry out the following tasks in their store in Bedford.:

• Advise Customers visiting the Showroom, via the telepohone and email on the very best Flooring Solution for their needs.
• Offering the very best advice at all times whilst focussing on Stock Items to offer best price and availability.
• Arrange for Estimates to be carried out in customers homes or business settings (If you cxan estimate too, all the better!).
• Ensure the Store is always presented well, highlighting Offers and products to the very best advantage.
• Carrying out all required paperwork in a neat and timely manner.
• Liaising with Carpet Fitters to ensure a smooth installation for customers at a convenient time for them.

The Person we are seeking will therefore as stated be from within a Flooring environment ideally, be Customer focussed and enjoy selling to the public as well as having excellent Product knowledge on the Flooring Products (and ancillaries such as Underlay, Gripper etc) required.

This role will involve working on some weekends.
