Customer Service Manager - New Build Flooring
Newcastle under Lyme | Permanent, full-time| £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (Negotiable Salary + Benefits Package)
Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients in their search for a Customer Service focussed member of the Commercial Flooring Operational team.
Our Clients are a major player in the Installation of Flooring Products into New Build Projects.
The Role will be dealing with Site Managers and on occasions new occupants of the New Homes who have Service queries that need to be administered, this will cover a wide range of reasons such as Snagging (dealing with problems with the installation), Cleans, Sales related (type of flooring to be installed etc) issues and many more!

The role will be office based.

- A Great Telephone Manner.
- IT Skills (Microsoft Office etc)
- Be very well organised.
- Be customer focussed and keen to provide a reliable and friendly experience for all customers every time.
- A Background in Flooring would be desirable though not essential, a similar role from within a Construction or Trades background would be of strong interest though.
The role will be office based.
