Operations Manager - Commercial Flooring Contracts
Newcastle under Lyme | Permanent, full-time| £50,000 per annum
Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a leading Specialist Flooring Contractor to the New Build Homes Market in their search for an Operations / Commercial Manager to oversee the internal management teams and to ensure smooth delivery of multiple projects across the UK.
The Role is brand new and will become a Key one within our clients future development plans and will effectively put the successful applicant at the centre of the delivery of Service and Installation Operations.
We have a Full Brief to follow that will be made available to all applicants but in brief the role involves sitting above several internal teams that between them cover all aspects of the Installation and after care elements of our clients operations.
You will manage and develop the teams within specialist Projects, After Care (Remedial Fitting and Customer Service), liaise with suppliers, multiple Sub Contract trades and Site Managers always with an eye on quality and costs.
The Successful applicant will therefore need to be a high Calibre and highly experienced Commercial Flooring Industry Professional, ideally from a (or with experience of) high volume New Build Flooring Installation Projects background. You will immediately be able to gain the confidence and respect of our clients existing internal teams and possess the confidence to take immediate ownership of the operational brief.
