Project Manager - Commercial Flooring
Aldershot | Permanent, full-time| £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (Excellent Negotiable Package + Benefits + Car)

The Company are a Specialist Flooring Contractor who deal with Installations on behalf of many leading Construction companies and across Residential and Commercial sectors, working UK wide on high volume contracts with high specifications and standards every time.
Briefly, we are seeking a self motivated, experienced project manager to run flooring projects in the South / South Eastern Region.
The Role:
Job Type: Full-time
Basic Salary: £40,000.00 to £50,000.00 /year negotiable

Briefly, we are seeking a self motivated, experienced project manager to run flooring projects in the South / South Eastern Region.
The Role:
- Managing Projects from inception to conclusion.
- Understanding the scope and other contract particulars, which are required to ensure compliance with the client’s requirements.
- Providing technical expertise and direction to subordinates and advice to the client
- Mitigating potential problems
- Managing the purchase of goods and materials, effectively delivering the projects within budget
- Identify and price additional works and changes
- Submitting monthly applications for payment and agreeing the final account upon completion
- Control and monitor resources to programme, including materials, plant and subcontract labour
- Communicating project progress with the client and to the internal members of the team
- Managing deliveries / logistics.
- Producing Site H&S documents and ensuring compliance at all times on site.
- Hold a full current UK Driving license
- Hold a CSCS card and be SMSTS qualified
- Have experience in the following; sub-floor prep, soft flooring, timber
- Ideally have experience working on projects £5k - £500k+
- Callidus experience preferable
- Have experience in construction project management
- Have strong managerial skills with a proven track record
- Be competent with IT including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Be proactive, practical and show an aptitude for problem solving and mitigation
- Be able to manage own projects
- Be able to manage multiple projects at any one time
