Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be working with a Specialist Flooring Wholesaler and Manufacturer who offer an incredible range of Carpets, LVT’s and Wooden Flooring products via Specification to End Users (The Hospitality sector in particular) and through Architects and Designers and select Commercial Flooring Contractors in their search for a design led Specification Sales Specialist to build relationships and Sales. 

The Company:
Our Clients have been trading for over half a Century and have a fabulous reputation as Specialist Installers of High End Carpets and Wood Flooring to some very prestigious projects throughout the whole of the UK, the South east in particular, and the Hospitality sector especially too. They are now additionally offering their High Specification Products, Manufactured by a third party to their exacting standards for sale via Specification route through Design and Architecture channels as well as directly via niche contractors and End Users and have built a successful Boutique brand that is gaining rave reviews and building fast. 

The Opportunity in Summary:
They therefore have a Fantastic opportunity for an Experienced, Creative (Design led), Driven, Self-Motivated Sales Executive, with a flair for design and Commercial Interior Decoration / Refurbishment to be part of the on-going success of a well-established and expanding organisation.   

The Role:
Our client is looking for a Sales Executive who has the flair and charisma needed to generate new business for their own brand of commercial product selling to new and existing customers.  There is huge scope to develop and create new business for someone who is driven and self-motivated with opportunities to be gained by cold calling and maintaining and developing existing relationships.

So, If you already have experience in the sales arena and its associated administration, are energetic, enthusiastic and looking for a new challenge in a friendly, vibrant company then look no further. 

To maximise sales your role will involve:
  • Visiting customers and consulting on products in their premises.
  • Building long term relationships and your Sales Pipeline.
  • Show- Casing products by inviting customers to the showroom.
  • Cold calling to identify, generate and qualify new sales appointments and opportunities to maximise awareness of our clients brand.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing users to strengthen business relations and ensure repeat business. 
  • You will be responsible for your own sales administration inclusive of preparation of quotes so you should have good IT and numeracy skills plus the natural ability to provide high quality customer service.
The Rewards:
In Return for your efforts our clients will reward you with a highly attractive (Negotiable) Package with a Basic in the region of £35000 to £40000 and an OTE of significantly more for a successful candidate approaching £100’000 based upon 10% of Sales. Plus Car, Laptop and all of the tools you will require to do a great job.
