Contract / Sales Manager - Commercial Flooring

The Role:

We are seeking a High Calibre Commercial Flooring Sales Professional who can effectively manage the increasing incoming enquiries for Commercial and Residential projects across London, deal with them and build up a Customer base for repeat business.

Duties:

• Dealing with incoming Enquiries and Building your own Customer Base for Commercial Flooring Works.
• Arranging site surveys with clients;
• obtaining orders;
• increasing commercial sales over time.
• Building up a portfolio of commercial clientele.;
• Liaise with Commercial Management team to ensure works are carried out efficiently and oversee the completion and handover of works.
• Building a strong rapport with local A&D community to win Tender Opportunities and Specifications.

The Person:

• Determination will be key in this heavily incentivised and well rewarded role.
• The candidate must have experience in flooring and be proficient in the measuring and selling of carpet, vinyl, linoleum and wood for Commercial Projects.
• Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills.
• A Positive "Can Do" Attitude.

The Rewards:

• £30,000.00 salary per Year to Start.
• 10% commission on all profit from net sales.
• Travel expenses covered.
• Mobile phone expenses covered up to £30 per month.

Working hours;

• Mon – Fri: 9.00am – 5.00pm
