Location : London - office based

We have a leading and well established high street supplier seeking a trend lead teen girlswear designer to join a great expanding team You will be part of a team creating for the department, driving newness across multiproduct and shaping the teenwear range across a number of high street retailers , this is a booming area for them
.
The role would suit a teen girlswear specialist or a womenswear designer with a handwriting g that leads in the area of this age group , must have a commercial mindset, ability to move at pace, and a willingness to travel for progression and broader exposure. The department has become very successful in 2026 and looks to over exceed it's 2027 targets as the land lies
Duties
Lead the teen girlswear design direction for the department.
Collaborate with the wider design team to drive newness across multiproduct.
Support travel and progression within the business as required.
Experience needed / Must haves
Recent Experience designing teen girlswear collections or young women's fast fashion with either a high street supplier or high street retailer .
Strong eye for trend and market direction.
Ability to translate concept into multiproduct ranges.
Commutable to London , eligible to work in the UK
