PROPERTY LITIGATION LAWYER — 3+ YEARS' PQE, Leeds
Our Client, a national law firm, specialises in Housing Management & Property Litigation advising over 100 Registered Providers, local authorities and private landlords across England and Wales on every aspect of housing management and property litigation.
The role
Own your own caseload from day one: a genuine mix of property litigation — service charge disputes, breach of lease claims — and the non-contentious side, from lease interpretation to building and fire safety advice. This is a chance to specialise in an area of law that is constantly developing, within a team that is going places.
What you'll do
Run cases day to day and support partners on the complex ones. Deal with clients directly, manage their expectations, hit their deadlines. Supervise paralegals and junior staff. Handle a high volume of deadlines across a varied caseload, get involved in marketing and business development, and prepare and deliver client training.

What we're looking for:-
- 3+ years' PQE in housing management and property litigation (CILEx lawyers need Civil Litigation Practice Rights)
- Some exposure to property litigation and building/fire safety matters
- Strong technical ability and case management skills
- Comfortable running your own files and supervising juniors, including paralegals
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a sharp eye for detail
- Commercial, proactive, resilient — and a natural at building client relationships
- IT literate across Word, Excel, Outlook and online applications
- Proven ability to juggle competing deadlines
