We're delighted to be partnering with one of our long-standing clients, a highly successful and growing fashion business that supplies products to customers and partners across global markets. With continued expansion across ecommerce and marketplace channels, they're looking to appoint an experienced Ecommerce & Marketplace Executive to join their team.

The Role
Reporting into the ecommerce leadership team, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of the company's ecommerce websites and marketplace accounts, ensuring products are launched accurately, trading performance is monitored effectively, and customer-facing channels are maintained to the highest standard.
The role offers a broad mix of ecommerce operations, marketplace management, product data administration, reporting, and commercial analysis, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of digital retail. 

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operation of ecommerce websites and marketplace channels.
Maintain and optimise product listings across Shopify and key marketplaces ( including Etsy , Amazon etc ) 
Upload and manage large volumes of product data, ensuring accuracy across pricing, SKUs, imagery and descriptions.
Support the launch of new collections and product ranges across global sales channels.
Monitor performance, stock availability and listing health, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
Build strong relationships with third-party marketplace, production and distribution partners.
Produce regular trade and sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Work closely with finance teams to support reporting, invoicing and reconciliation processes.
Review partner reports and ensure sales figures, costs and pricing structures are accurate.
Identify opportunities to grow revenue through new marketplaces, channels and partnerships.
Ensure a consistent brand and product presentation across all ecommerce touchpoints.

About You ( A list of must have experience ) 

Experience within an ecommerce, marketplace or digital trading role in the fashion arena  .
Experience working with Shopify.
Exposure to online marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy or similar platforms.
A genuine interest in ecommerce, digital retail and consumer products.
Strong Excel skills and confidence handling large datasets.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with external partners.
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Commutable to Manchester and eligible to work in the UK
