Paralegal – Construction Disputes | Leeds

Join a Tier 4-ranked, 40-strong contentious construction team acting for the majority of the G15 housing associations, precedent-setting Supreme Court and Court of Appeal cases, and post-Grenfell/Building Safety Act litigation at the sharpest end of the sector.

What you'll do:

• Support fee earners across adjudication, arbitration, TCC and First-tier Tribunal proceedings
• Draft advice on payments, delays, defects, insurance and building/fire safety compliance
• Manage case timelines, liaise with experts, clients and barristers
• Research case law and legislative developments, feeding into client updates

What you'll need:

• Strong academic record (LPC/SQE 1 a bonus, not a must)
• Sharp drafting and communication skills
• Previous Litigation experience is desirable but not essential
• Initiative, attention to detail, and the drive to go the extra mile

This is a genuine springboard role — past team members have gone on to secure training contracts and pupillage.
