Recruitment Administrator – Leeds up to £26K + Excellent Benefits and Training
A leading national law firm is looking for an organised, enthusiastic Recruitment Administrator to join its friendly, close-knit HR team.
Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, you’ll help deliver recruitment across all roles and office locations—from advertising vacancies and screening applications to coordinating interviews, assessments and onboarding. You’ll also support graduate recruitment, including vacation schemes, trainee programmes, assessment centres and careers fairs.

You’ll be a confident communicator with excellent organisation, administration and attention to detail. You’ll be comfortable juggling priorities, building relationships with stakeholders and taking ownership of your work.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing applications and recruitment inboxes
- Advertising vacancies and maintaining accurate candidate records
- Screening CVs and preparing candidate shortlists
- Coordinating interviews, assessments and candidate feedback
- Liaising with hiring managers, agencies and internal teams
- Supporting graduate recruitment campaigns and careers events
- Completing references, DBS and Right to Work checks
- Ensuring recruitment data is managed in line with GDPR requirements
You’ll be a confident communicator with excellent organisation, administration and attention to detail. You’ll be comfortable juggling priorities, building relationships with stakeholders and taking ownership of your work.
You’ll also need:
- A 2:1 degree or equivalent
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent time-management and communication skills
- A proactive, approachable and positive attitude
- The confidence to work independently and escalate issues when required
- Previous recruitment experience—particularly within legal or professional services—is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with graduate schemes, assessment centres or employer branding would also be beneficial.
