Real Estate Conveyancer / CILEx Lawyer
Join a market-leading Real Estate team working on high-profile development projects across the UK.
We're looking for an experienced Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx Lawyer to join a highly regarded Real Estate team. You'll work on a varied caseload including land acquisitions and disposals, social housing transactions, open space transfers and large-scale development projects, while supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value matters.
What you'll be doing:
Managing your own property transactions and supporting senior fee earners
Drafting transfers, deeds, reports on title and transaction documents
Handling Land Registry applications and post-completion work
Reviewing due diligence and assisting on major development projects
Working directly with clients on a broad range of real estate matters
About you:
Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx Lawyer (with Conveyancing Practice Rights) or experienced Conveyancer
Strong drafting and organisational skills
Previous experience handling residential or commercial conveyancing transactions
Proactive, client-focused and able to manage your own workload
Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
